Hi, I’m Charisma :)
Years of reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and studying the psychology behind why people get hired taught me something that most candidates never get to learn. The hiring process has rules. Unspoken ones. And the people who know them always have the edge.
Most people think getting hired is about qualifications. It is not. It is about likeability. Preparation. The ability to walk into a room and make the person across from you feel absolutely certain you are the one. Those are learnable skills. Skills that nobody teaches in school. Skills that athletes in particular have every natural ability to master.
I believe in two things. Learning the hidden curriculum so you understand exactly how the game is played. And learning the person who is interviewing you so you can play it perfectly. Because the most prepared candidate and the most likeable candidate are almost always the same person. Zeitgeist teaches you how to be both.
